The Sudanese Youth Conference concluded yesterday in Nairobi, the Kenyan capital, with the participation of over 42 entities including youth initiatives, political parties, professional associations, women’s groups, and independents following five days of intensive dialogue and interactive discussions that brought together a broad spectrum of young men and women.

Throughout the conference, participants engaged in plenary sessions and working groups addressing the youth vision across its various dimensions. They also discussed pivotal issues—including peace, coordination, and democratic transition—within the framework of a collective endeavor to formulate more comprehensive and realistic perspectives.

These efforts culminated in the adoption of a Joint Youth Vision, which represents the synthesis of the discussions and contributions presented by the participants and reflects a broad consensus regarding national priorities and the role of youth in addressing them.

The conference also witnessed the adoption of a Coordination Framework for Joint Youth Action
a unifying structure designed to organize efforts and enhance coordination among youth bodies and initiatives
alongside the ratification of seven core tracks that will operate within this framework under a unified organizational vision.

In the context of solidifying the principles of joint action, a Charter of Honor was adopted and signed by the participating entities, reflecting a collective commitment to the values of cooperation, coordination, and national responsibility.

The outcomes of the conference embody a clear trajectory toward building a more organized and impactful youth movement, thereby strengthening the presence of youth in national affairs and contributing to the advancement of peace and stability in Sudan.
