The joint forces of the armed struggle movements denied what was circulated about their withdrawal from El Fasher, stressing that the rumor of withdrawal caused waves of displacement by citizens outside the city, and reassured the forces that they would not move from their defensive bases, pointing to strengthening their bases in the markets and the headquarters of the organizations.
The head of the media committee of the joint force, Major Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, explained in a press statement that the force late this week strengthened its forces with all its bases, while calling for not paying attention to rumours, reiterating their neutrality in the war, and that the force will continue to work to protect markets, civilians and their property, including, Delivering humanitarian and relief aid and the headquarters of humanitarian organizations, so that they can provide assistance to those affected.
She called on all warmongers and spreaders of terrifying rumors and intimidation among civilians to spread a spirit of reassurance instead of fear and intimidation, stressing her concern for the security and safety of civilians, revealing her efforts to stop the war by addressing both parties to stop renewed clashes in all cities of Sudan, including the city of El Fasher.
